It’s like a cross breed between FIT1047 and FIT3159/2100. As I’m sure you can imagine, that is not a good thing. 2h+ lectures that put you to sleep after 5 minutes Practise tests that make you question how this could be a third year computer science unit, and then actual tests that have you ripping your hair out at 5 things you’ve never seen / heard of before. Misinformation about the tests (for example, they stated PST1 would be entirely multiple choice and yet 1/3 to 1/2 of it was short answer) Applieds and labs might be the saving grace depending on the tutor you get. This unit has a lot of room for improvement.
